I am new to this forum, not the anxiety unfortunately, all started some time ago due to relationship problems very stressful times that actually brought on physical pains and symptons that stupid me began googling, and I'm sure you all know the rest.... Just constantly anxious about my health and really need to find ways to try and move on from this can anyone help??

maybe seeing a therapist and start writing an anxiety journal, write down what your fearing and then look at it and write down all the reasons why its not going to happen, I have health anxiety as well so bad where I get that impending doom feeling some days
