Day two are these things good for anxiety and panic disorder hearing bad things about them Wich is worrying me

My mom is on a high dose of Prozac. It's helped her a lot but u can for sure tell when she don't have if lol.

How long did her side effects last and does it make her angry or anything I mean how does it help ?? Cheers
