Pain pain pain

Had a headache for 3 days now over my eyes into my temples - now it is travelling across the top of my head as if I am wearing a hairband. It is driving me mad and I don't even know why I am anxious.

I'm so sick of this everytime I feel like I'm getting somewhere my body reminds me - no anxiety still there. Agh

Okay sorry just needed a rant. Looks like its a Xanax day just to get through the day. Stupid body.

I hear ya I get headaches all the time. I even wake up with headaches sometimes, it's really frustrating. Then I get tired from it
