Hi all I find when I have nothing immediate to worry about because I'm so use to worrying when my anxiety was bad I still find myself racking my brain to find something and will almost make something from nothing , does anyone else find this?

I have the same problem, whenever I have time to sit around and relax, its as if my mind just starts looking for something else to worry about.

I have the exact same problem, I start worrying about not worrying.

Im realizing that myself. I was so terrified of December 21, 2012. Now it has come and gone and I find myslef developing a health anxiety like I have never experienced. I dont have that date to worry about anymore, so my mind is searching for something to worry about. I wonder if we can become addicted to adrenaline? Maybe our bodies after so long feel like they need the excess amount of adrenaline to function, like a caffeine addiction. What does anyone else think?

Yeah I get that as well, must be the one of the most common symptoms among people with anxiety

Daisy that makes a lot of sense actually i like to think of it like that I think my body's just so use to the adrenaline rush of anxiety now I'm recovered prolly when im relaxed that's why it feels like something's missing! Feel much better now thanks all :)
