Anxiety sucks

So here goes I haven't actually introduced myself on here I'm Elaine and I'm 24 from Scotland! Iam on citalopram was in 10mg for 11 months and now I'm on 20mg, I'm having such a hard time just now! I've got chicken pox and my gran has just recently passed away and my dad is insisting that I can't go to the funeral incase I 'infect' someone!!!! I'm so angry with him for this!!! And resulting with the anger I feel my chest is so tight and getting strange feelings in my arms. I'm really paranoid about these feelings though as I constantly think I'm gonna have a heart attack!!! I know it sounds silly!!! I need a good kick up the bum!!!! Look forward to joining in with everyone's conversations!!!!

The sensation in your arms is a symptom of the anxiety, I had the same thing happen and thought I was having a heart attack.
