Part of my new years goal was to try to figure out my anxiety triggers and attempt to control them. I thought this was going pretty well. I have noticed that they are just taking a new direction and I can't stop them. Now I am obsessing on my pets. Stupid, rediculous thoughts go racing through my head and I can't stop them~
" Oh no, is he breathing OK?, Oh no the cat coughed once, should we take him to the pet ER? Oh, why is he laying off by himself, is he going to die? Why wont he play much today, can he breath OK?"
OMG! Even I know it is completely and utterly redic but can't get the stupidity out of my head!
Any thoughts?
