Can tablets stop working been on citilopram for along time tho normally ok but lately getting headaches lightheaded on edge etc

Yes they can. I've recently had my dosage increased. It's helping a little so far. Have you seen your dr ?

I spoke to him on the phone said I could go up to 40mg but I don't really want to but if helps me I guess il have to,

That's what I'm on at the moment I might just go up to 30mg until I feel better then go back down to 20mg I e been on this for 7 years

40 seems like quite a jump from 20! But I guess it depends on the person.

The usual unreality feeling. Dizziness. But I've been in control today. I'm guessing its because I'm just so bloody tired of feeling like this I'm telling it to F off lol but the feelings still there.

ive been on citalophram before was on it for about 6 years. it really only worked for me for the first month. went all the way to 60 mg and felt nothing. as though i wasnt taking anything. only had the teeth clenchin side effect no others. just giving my experience with that med.
