I understand everyone on here has something that gets them and I am not immune. I have had anxiety and panic attacks for 12 years. At first they were all the time but now it is only around my period. All my doctors ( 3 of them) say no my period couldn't do that. Does anyone else experience this?

I'm getting closer to my week and yeah, it feels like the symptoms are a bit more extreme... especially nausea and heightened senses.

Sounds like PMDD Premenstrual dysphoric disorder.

Yes most definitely! I've had pa's for over 25 yrs and always worse that time of the month. It seems to get worse as I age:( but even when I was on birth control pills the wrong brand would mess with me BIG time! I would have a hysterectomy (sp) tomorrow if I thought it would make them go away! Sorry doctors don't listen to me either, I'm lucky to have a mom & hubby who understands. I just tell myself over & over that its just my hormones going crazy & ill be alright in a week or so. Best of luck to ya:)
