I often get chest pains I mean im a smoker/overweight have severe anxiety and have diabetes/high bp so my symptoms are endless but why is my chest ALWAYS sore? And ive been getting colder lately "yes it's Winter" but when im in doors and its only my hands that are cold, sometimes my feet as well while my face will be hot all at once. The middle of my back has been sore today and now its the middle/upper part of my chest.
