Is there any med that will help me alot like get rid of thoughts that make me panic cause I don't care I will take it for life it makes me feel me again sertraline was good only problem was the intense buzz it gave me but I feel worse with thoughts and stuff since I came off an have got more depressed about life like I keep thinking does anything have a meaning :s

Buspar helps a lot with keeping bad thoughts away. It just made me feel like I had to much coffee.

All the AD's should help but you need to find the one that works best for you then get the dose right. Alankay
