Tight throat

For the months on and off I have been experiencing these tight throat muscles. Lately I started to have this esophageal cancer fear. It scares me. I don't have a problem sealing its just going down I have a problem with it feels like food gets stuck in my upper chest.

Sounds like globus hystericus. There are several post on here about that and it is related to anxiety and gerds
