View Full Version : Tingly sensation.. Worried :/

About 2 hours ago I got this tingly sensation upper thigh... Just below the butt cheek and I'm super scared now. It is coming and going about every 5 minutes. Every pain or sensation leaves me in a constant state of panic... Hate this... Now I'm so worried and convinced I'm dying of something :/

Breath and tell yourself your ok and going to be fine, it's just a panic attack, you've lived through them before and it's no different now. I know it's easier said than done, but face your fears you'll be ok.

Don't worry to much about your leg, the upper thigh has a lot of muscle, your probably experiencing muscle spasms. Have you been doing a lot of walking or squating?

I got back into my workout schedule Monday... Although didn't work out today ... Today is when it started :/
