Will a therapist be able to fully diagnose what I have or will it just be a guess I mean If I tell them everything will they have a clue or what he'lp me out I'm due cbt and I want to know if I have either GAD ,panic disorder,schizophrenia - cause my dad had it or ,I'm just fuckin mental :s

Yes, if you accurately and thoroughly described your symptoms then the a doctor should be able to tell you what you have. They didn't go to medical school for 5 years for nothing.
