Ive been on paxil 20mg for 4months for anxiety..i felt it was working in the beginning now i feel anxious again..having scary thoughts..feeling the anxiety will never leave. Could it be the med? Should i talk to my therapist about switching? I was previously on celexa 40mg and it did not help
