When I'm ill my anxiety is worse hard to know wot symptoms are flu or anxiety last for ages, plus I've been fine all day then out off nowhere feel rubbish

I have it mate ended up in hospital last night

Took bloods urine over night stay and stuff just said it was a bug in the end but Friday night I went out and drunk loads and was sick so I thought I had alcahol poisioning and panicked thinking I had brsin damage cause of the head feeling

Oh dear not good, alcohol is good at the time but next day sucks if u suffer anxiety

What meds are they mate I'm on citilopram 20mg

Not sure yet I took citalopram but they made me ill then I took sertraline but it was too much off a stimulant but helped panic attacks but ATM I'm just using 2mg diazepam

I didnt know docs gav diazipam for anxiety, i got one here dentist gav me to take before my app never ended up goin bk might try it in an emergency then

Yeah they do it helps but 2mg are pony get 5s or try amitrypline x

Yeah it's a big help for anxiety. I was given 2mg. It's not enough to make you drowsy, but definitely makes me feel better if I'm having an attack.
