Pain after a panic attack

So only hour had panic attack my whole body is sore now is that normal and so tried to and so parotid too that I going into another

Totally normal. I feel like sleeping for days after mine!!

It's been many months since I've had a full-on panic attack, but I recall the exhaustion, pain, post tension, confusion & unease that riddled my mind & body, for between a few hours and up to a whole day after.

If I had an attack in the morning, it was pretty much guaranteed that the rest of my day would be ruined, both physically and mentally.

"Normal" is not the right word, lol... I would rather use "typical".
