I awake up every hour on I'm doing about three months a it about 20 to get back asleep I always Tired is there any thing I can do

I'm the same way I go to sleep and always wake up at like 4 or 5 in the morning and it takes me forever to go back to sleep :(

No u can talk to ur doc about a sleeping pill that's the only thing I know of
