Has anyone ever have a panic attack and went away when u went into a place where your alone? Bathrooms help me for some reason.

I hate being alone during a panic attack maKes it 10 times worse for me lol

My anxiety happens alone and with people at about the same rate, so being alone doesn't seem to make it worse for me.

I always look for the escape route when having an attack! The worst possible thing you can do. Now I force myself to stay in the situation and ride it out!!
