I would drink Chinese green tea to calm me down and if I would look up YouTube videos on panic attacks and I would calm down.

I don't know how to calm myself. I've tried lots of different things & I find it difficult to calm down.

Exactly. I know that it's anxiety, but it's so hard to calm down :(

I'm 24. Was diagnosed over 4 years ago. I've had my thyroid checked etc. I just have a low iron count, but I'm a vegetarian so that's to be expected.
I'm just fed up of feeling like this every day

I told myself I can't have anxiety attacks anymore life's too short I don't wanna waste my young youth on worry meant so it kinda just went away my panic attacks

I've told myself a million times to just let it pass, it's not going to kill me etc but it's not having any effect.
I think my first attack triggered my anxiety. From then, I feel the symptoms & it happens. Then I worry about feeling that way again & it's a vicious circle.

Maybe call the anxiety attack maybe since your fighting it it gets worse maybe just accept it become friends with it

It is hard to accept the symptoms though. They're so uncomfortable. I want to get better more than anything though.

To help calm mine I just tell myself that I am having one and that how crappy I'm feeling is normal. Then force myself to do something to try an occupy my mind. The keyword being force cause its incredibly hard to get my mind on something other than the panic and anxiety
