Yup feel like there is a lump in my throat because of gerd and it triggers my anxiety

I think it's globulas and it is a symptom of anxiety. I used to get it as a child quite often but when I found out it was related to panic attacks and anxiety I no longer worried about it and it went away. It's very weird but it's nothing to worry about.
