I am a Christian and proud of that. When I get anxiety I usually turn to music to calm me down. This group is called 4-him. You can look them up on you tube but here is a very inspirational song. I am not trying to offend anyone. We all have our beliefs:)

I don't often listen to calm music, never really helped my anxiety.

If I feel anxious or panicky I crank up that heavy metal and blast my neighbors windows out... always been an adreniline junky

But here's a chill song that sometimes has help me:

Lol. Well I hear enough heavy metal at my house. Haha. My husband plays guitar in a rock band and practices a lot. And it's loud. So I then turn on my calm music.:) I enjoy heavy metal too:)

I like hatebreed, they are extremely heavy but if you listen to the lyrics they are some of the most inspirational out there.

If you're into the heavy stuff look up 2 of their songs.

1 every lasting scar
2 this is now

Listen to the lyrics, I relate them well to anxiety

Some good chill music that helps calm me is the Gorillaz. Songs like Clint Eastwood or o green world. Music is good cause out gives you something to focus on both the lyrics and the music itself. But I am a hardcore listener to the core

I really enjoy most all music but it depends on how bad my anxiety is to what helps calm me down. If its really bad I can't listen to rock. I have to listen to something more calm and up lifting. If I am have a bit of nervousness and need to clean ect to gety mind off of it, then I can put on just about anything and rock out Lol. It helps distract me:)
