Hey all

im looking for someone or people that can help me with my depression

ever since it all started, iv had no direct answers and iv felt lost alot of the time

times have got better since it all started, my anxiety is very low now but my depression comes on strong alot of the time

i think i just need someone who knows alot about depression to help decipher where im going wrong

Hello Richy1991, I would like to help if I can. I have been fighting depression for over 10 years and have gone through many medications. If there is anything I can help you with just let me know and remember your not alone. Some of man greatest minds have battled with depression and your mind is just as great.

Sorry to hear that you have been feeling so bad. I only really have one piece of advice at the moment. You talk about finding out where you have been going wrong. I think part of the answer is in your question. While it is important to take ownership of a mental health issue, it is important to realise that we do not really have an initial control over whether we are going to get a mental health issue or not.
