Burning and Burning Skin

I have burning skin that sometimes feels like a million needles - this is not just with panic but also when I am trying to sleep and at times 24/7.

Well, I know this is a common symptom of anxiety, but I don't know about it happening 24/7. I guess it could, seeing as anxiety can last for days.
