How many of you here are scared about this new virus thats killing alot of ppl everywhere when is just a flu but it comes hard. When i first heard about it it creepd me out.

Yes, I'm a bit nervous even though my entire family has flu shots. I try not to watch too many of the news reports.

I don't watch tv at all (I don't own a tv), for that reason.

I'm not going to get worked up over it. I will just carry my hand sanitizer with me and make sure I stay away from sick people.

One time I'm glad I panic when I leave the house lol but it scared the crap outta me when I heard of it

I've become so worried about getting sick I think it's eventually going to make me sick!!

Made the mistake of giving my email to my "don't forget a helmet" type grandmother. Now I'm getting swine flu updates every hour... Great.

I think I worry more about my little ones getting it more than anything.

That's awesome Sunnie, I don't think I could survive without my tv.

Yes is really scary. Specially when i dnt take flu shots cause they do not wrk. It was proven. Each year is a new virus so for that reason it dosent protect me at all. So for that reason i never take a flu shot.

Well, that's not entirely true. The shot is comprised of three different influenza virus....some years it is a good match, and there have been some years where it has been a perfect match. Go to the CDC website ( provided that it won't trigger any anxiety) and check it out. It was really informative. This is actually the first year I have gotten a flu shot.
