So my names jj, from California. My life is controlled by my anxiety and panic.Have no money fire shrinks or therapists and friends and family just don't understand. was relieved to have found this site and hope it helps.looking forward to talking to others who are it the same situation I'm in.

For 5 years. Went to the hospital once and now I can't go through a day without anxiety causing panic attacks, tremors, shortness of breath, uncontrollable sweating, chest pain, migraines and the list goes on

What sort of tremors do you have?

No im not on any meds. I was taking 4 different prescriptions but when I lost my job last yr I haven't been able to afford them.
And the tremors are really just involuntary muscle contractions that happen mainly in my arms and the left side of my chest.
