Hi everybody. Im 27 years old and suffer from social anxiety disorder and IBS. I am not on any medicine right now for anything. I was taking lexapro for a year but didnt help with anything. It was hard getting off of it so im scared to try other meds. But i feel pretty bad. I dont go out on the weekends anymore. ANd it is hard to just go to work everyday. I dont like to do much anymore. I like to sleep alot cause i dont worry about anything when i sleep. Fear of having to go to the bathroom is horrible. And i think it is a viscous cycle im in. Anxiety and IBS compliment each other well. Feel free to reply. Im hoping to meet some friends going through the same stuff. :cry:
