Panic attacks during sleep ?

I can feel the adernaline in my dreams and ill wake up and have to calm down its weird my heart beats really fast

My anxiety started last year as a result of a sudden panic attack in my sleep. It hasn't happened often since and I think it is linked to alcohol as I often have trouble sleeping if I've had alcohol combined with bad anxiety the next day.

I know it's crazy I get episodes of no breathing I'm 25 from New York State hope everyone can be anxiety free !

Yep! I wake up in the middle of the night several times and have to take a deep breath.

Yep. Happens to me sometimes. Bloody horrible wouldn't wish this on anyone

Moon child your right it's scary but once I found out from my doctor that nothing is wrong It hasn't happen to me again I hope u overcome it as well.
