I seem to get bloodshot eyes if I have had a particularly bad day, is this anxiety related? X

Blood shot eyes can be the cause of many medical conditions, so if it's chronic, you you get it checked out by a medical doctor first.

Not only are bloodshot eyes related to generalized anxiety disorder and panic attacks but also related to sleep deprivation and heart rythum disorders (2 conditions sometimes assocated with anxiety).
