Are you office based? I find being a work distracts me from my anxiety. I still have moments but if I get bad I just walk out of the office for 5 mins then I'm normally a bit better

Is your boss aware of your anxiety condition? They may be able to put some things in place to help you. For example, letting you take a bit of time out if you start to feel anxious.

I work in an office & although it's not stressful, I do find myself having anxiety symptoms & anxiety attacks very frequently. At the moment, they allow me some time to calm down if I can & my team leader is putting a new plan in place for me for if I'm feeling awful, so I don't feel too stressed.

Talk to work & I hope they can sort something for you.

If you work in an understanding place, they'll usually work something out for you. I guess it depends on where you live as well. My job is not highly stressful, but they have super high expectations with working more hours and such. If you need, get a note from a doctor, usually work places can't go against doctor's orders.
