I've been suffering from an anxiety disorder since christmas 2005, and have never really got a handle on it. I have just finished a brief round of therapy, although this just left me feeling more fucked up than when I started. I rarely leave the house other than to go to work, to the shops, or for the occasional drink with friends. When I'm in places that i'm unfamiliar with, I get panic attacks. However, now my boss has decided to send me on a course to gain my person licence and I'm absolutely shitting myself at the thought of it. Anybody got any advice on how to get throught it?
