Presure on my chest

Hi i have been feeling pressure on my chest like an elephant is on top of my chest. And i feel short if breath and im scared to go to sleep because my breathing is shallow and im scared i might not wake up. Any advice? Has anybody been threw this?

If you have had that checked its prob right muscles around the chest from anxiety. Anxiety cause muscle tightness in every part if our body sometime. My muscles are always tight. I find myself having to make myself relax my muscles.
