So i get random tingles & pressure in my upper breast area, mostly left side, right below collar bone. it doesnt really hurt, it just kind of tingles & feels like a little pressure. Im a 20 year old female & im not sure if its caused by anxiety. But i only really notice it when i feel anxious.

Hey, there, Courtney! I'm glad you found us. Those symptoms that you describe sound very familiar, and can definitely be caused by anxiety. Are you being treated for anxiety? Have you made your doctors aware of your troubling symptoms?

Oh okay, thank you! I am actually not being treated for anxiety, i have no insurance at the moment so im not sure what to do.
Ive dealt with anxiety since i was really young, but ive started having random attacks about a month ago, i am unemployed at the moment & spend a lot of time in the house. I get very anxious in my house & in big crowds, i usually feel derealization when im in an uncomfortable situation, but if im comfortable im usually not anxious & i feel normal.

I'm sorry to hear about your insurance status. Do you happen to have any kids? The only reason I ask is because if you do, you can often get Medicaid or Medicare as a benefit of being on your child's case. Regardless, if you have symptoms that concern you, like shortness of breath or chest pains, go to the ER or call 911. They must treat you.
