Same Time Of The Day

My anxiety has always been worse at night and especially as of late with the symptoms of my face being hot and feeling light headed. Do you think thats all psychosomatic that it occurs around the same time frame all the time or could there be a possible medical reason? Im just sick of the battles and how I dread it when the sun goes down as I seem to most the time be far worse when its dark.

I am the same way. I dread night time because I go into panic mode. I keep thinking s it's the medication I just started... But, really I don't know. But it is getting old real fast. And I am so tired.

Yeah man I just started new meds too and wonder if my hot face and light headedness are side effects, I would get those once in a while but lately its almost every night. I feel 71 even though im 31.

I get mine in the morning then by night hopefully I have settled down and feel somewhat fking normal if thst ever fking possible lol

I just dont understand why I get all these physical symptoms at night all the time its been on and off for like 4 years now and im sick of it.
