Anxiety related to pms?

You hit the nail on the head. I've noticed ALL of the same things. I'm two years older than you, and I really began to notice it after I had my youngest kid a few years ago.

That's interesting. I thought it was early metopause at first. I've always had slight anxiety. But this has been a crazy two weeks and it was like 1 week and a half before my period. I turn 35 in march!
