I've only took paxel and it was horried side affects I thought I was going insane and vistaril which just make me sleepy but yes I'm terrified of meds it sucks

Xanax will be fine...you will start to feel mellow in about 5-10 minutes after taking it.

Don't worry hun .. Xanax are known n commen .. Nothing well happend u will NOT have a heart attack .. I used to take them

.25 and I took it at mdnight cuz I'm a late night person and I freaked out for out for 30 mins. It did kick I eventually and I was fin. Now I just woke up and I feel on edge. Scared my anxiety is going to come back. Basically what I've been suffering with lately it the constant fear to having another bad one. So all day im on edge. It's horrible. I don't know if j should take another one. I hear it makes u drowsy.. Dr said twice a day as needed... But I want to be able to function normally. I haven't been for 2 weeks now that's why I went I the dr finally this weekend
