Going crazy...

Anyone else have these weird bad feelings I'm scared I'm going crazy I have this intense feeling something bad is gonna happen all the time like instead of my mind worry about physical symtoms its going to worry about the mental ones? Anyone ever experience this? Feel detached from reality but also feel these bad sensations its so hard to explain...:( I feel so alone

I can relate.... I think. I always am in a weird mood in the sense where I think i'll be fine and not be thinking about some physical illness and then i'll get into a strange mood where I can't describe the feeling and then from there i'll start feeling light headed, dizzy, ill or something.

Yeah its so weird huh my mood goes from feeling like ill never get better to having hope back and forth 1 thing is forsure I think its driving me crazy :(

I know how you feel.. For the past few days I've been feelin like everything around me isn't "real" like I'm stuck in a bubble :( I had to come off my medicine so my husband and I can start a family... I feel horrible scared and sad :((

I get this too and it's been pretty bad for the last couple if days I've been getting quite spacey headed and dizzy then worrying x

Well I'm pregnant and let me tell u be sure ur ready because it will either get worse or get better lol I am 35 weeks pregnant and let me tell u my life is a living hell right now everyday is a stuggle I don't leave the house I have panic attacks atleast once a day and noone will give me anything for it so they sit there and watch me suffer and blow it off =.= I have a app tomorrow with a counsler but hell I don't know if I can handle going there and waiting

Sadly its being a hypochondriac and Im 1 as well ugh lol but it's not funny at all as I think this or that is about to happen as a result or certain symptoms its ruined my life in a way.
