Recomeneded tablets?

I'm going to the doctors at 7pm, and I was just wondering if anybody recommends anything for me to help my anxiety, maybe some kind of calming tablets or vitamin tablets etc ?

I take vitamin D suppliments 800 UI. And for my anxiety my dr has given me citalopram. The side effects r a pain but after 2weeks they ment to be good
