chest burnings for the past 3 days?new symptoms

i had 2 episodes each day that last for about 1 or 2 hours for the past 3 days it feels like my chest is burning when i get anxious also i took some prevacid and it didnt seem to help? im guessing its an acid reflux problem or something with the heart or an ulcer maybe

I get this more so when I'm really anxious , I think it's heart burn with anxiety u tend to notice things more. Tomatoes , onions , fruit all causes of heartburn so if your trying to eat healthier to manage the anxiety this could be the cause. Hope u feel better soon .
