I have just ordered myself a bottle of custom blend Bach flower remedy.
I have put in Aspen, Rock Rose & Cherry Plum. It says that all these can help with panic & anxiety.
Once it arrives, I will let you all know how it works.
I use Rescue Remedy at the moment, which helps some, but I'm hoping that a blend specific to anxiety will work even better. :)
