numb

i think i was having a panic attack and then all of a sudden my arms went numb and i tried to pinch them and i couldnt even feel the pinch..... is that still a panic attack or panic attack related.... it almost felt like i was having a stoke.... not sure how my breathing was cause i wasnt paying attention but..... has anyone else have this problem.... or ever expierienced it..... it only lasted maybe 30 second if even that.... but it was just so terrible.... and when i say 30 seconds i mean 30 second at its worst.... then eventually it went away

Yep i have its causes my breathing , my doc told me it is normal :) hope u feel better :)
