Bit panicky and can't sleep cos I had Horid sharp pain in side of my head :( ... I've started to join a mums group to help with my post natel depression and anxiety !! Also dose anyone recommend yoga? To help with breathing ect xx

I find putting music on and listening to it though earphones helps me calm down . It relaxes u and u start to think about the music more than the panic. Hope this helps good luck with your journey
