Oxazepam and ?

Is it okay too take Oxazepam along with ibuprofen or paracetamol? Are either one better too take with a benzo?
I know it's probably a silly question but I have a phobia of medication and I'd really like to treat this tension headache I've got, but I've just taken 7.5mg of Oxazepam and I'm kind of reluctant to take a painkiller (Because of my phobia). So are Oxazepam and Ibuprofen/paracetamol okay to take together? please respond, I really want to get rid of this headache but i'm scared something might happen x

Yes but use either ibuprfen or paracetamol but try to avoid both. In any case that benzo can be used with an OTC pain med sure. Alankay
