My anxiety is wearing me out, I'm so tired all the time, feels like flu, wrecked!

I feel the exact same way at the moment I know it sounds stupid but being tired makes me panic also :/

Me too! My body is so tense and I'm exhausted!

I'm so tense all the time my legs feel like they've walked miles, it's comforting to know I'm not alone though x

I know what you mean. Being tense all the time really takes it out of you!
Have you tried the muscle relaxation tapes? There are some on YouTube that I use. They teach you to tense & relax every muscle in your body to just relax completely.
Wouldn't it be nice to have a full body massage too? Mmm!

A hot bath always works for me too. Especially with some essential oils & bubbles. Sounds cliche, but it works for me. I try to imagine all the tension going out of my body & into the water.

Exhaustion is just part of the anxiety, I'm trying to deal with it too, but a hot bath or jacuzzi tub sounds great!

You should try it :) I had another panic attack today, so once I'd calmed down a bit I had a hot bath with bubbles & read a book in there for a good half an hour. I feel so much better for it & feel like I could sleep well now.
