I've had OCD and anxiety for a very long time. I never told anyone about anything until I had a breakdown my freshman year of college. As a lot of other people have ha, there have been many trying times in my life. It's such a roller coaster sometimes......... I take anti depressants and something separate for the anxiety and have had a few counselors as well. I'm still my own worst enemy.
