I have become somewhat of a recluse since my anxiety has gotten worse but today I went out all day. The first store I went to, I felt like I was going to pass out and I just felt so off. It slowly got better as I forced myself to face it and stayed in the stores. I'm home now and really happy I made myself get out. I guess it just gives me a little hope for some normalcy in my life.

There you go! So proud of you! I do the same, when I'm at a restaurant and i feel anxious after eating thinking I will get sick or something but I force myself to sit it through. It makes us stronger and im happy you stuck through it :)

Thank you for your lovely welcome. I agree with you, you should be proud. Hopefully you will get the opportunity to try to repeat this process. I have heard it said that the key to success lies in the repetition of the process. By the way, I truly believe normalcy is a wonderful concept, as it acknowledges that things may not turn out perfectly, but can turn out manageable and may be even better than what may be normal for other people.
