Took my first class today at a new place. Wow, a few months off and I can't believe how quickly the muscles tighten back up. I was very anxious going in and felt like a million bucks when I got out. Well, outside of the noodle muscles..lol.
I highly recommend yoga and massage for anxiety. Keeps the tense muscles from knotting up as much and holding the stress.

I've heard vey good things about yoga for stress and anxiety. That is my next step.

I agree! It's the only thing that relaxes me anymore!

Yoga is great, it will get some getting use to but once you get the hang of it, it feels amazing. Try hot yoga sometime, it really opens up your muscles so you bend better plus your sweating the toxins away. The room temp is 98 degrees and 85% humidity so you will pouring with sweat but trust me you feel ten times lighter and free! :)
