Anxiety test

There is an app I though I would share called anxiety test. I take it everyday. Sometimes a few times a day. It asks you about your symptoms and you answer each question. At the end it rates your anxiety and also gives a graft. I am doing this everyday so I can keep track and show my doctor how I am each day. It has questions on if you feel out of body, heavy legs, palps, and more. I really like it:)

Mine says anxiety self test. It's in the App Store for free. I guess it depends on the phone you have and what apps are available for your phone. Maybe you can find something similar.
