I went for an MRI and MRA with contrast of the brain. The dr said the radiologist saw a scar. The dr said not to worry. We will retest in one year. What does a scar on the brain mean? I am so scared...

He said oh u get headaches then don't worry

Do you trust your doctor? Did you think about a second opinion?

I do trust him and never thought of a second opinion

A scar or lesion might be just a small spot where a tiny infection was fought off years ago, etc. If it might be an issue they would have done further tests for sure. Alankay

I hope so. My last MRI about two years ago showed nothing.
