Hi all I get headaches and shakes, feel hot now and then to cant relax 😢 anyone know how to help symptoms?? I feel such a let down to my gf and daughter

Hmm probably not available in your country. Lol. Sorry, I'm from the US. They're just over the counter pain medication.

Sorry I get headaches and when I do I panic and think its my blood pressure but they go away don't panic headaches are common
