About a year or so ago I had something strange happen where it felt like I stopped breathing for a second as if the wind was knocked out of me could kinda feel it in the middle of my chest. As time went by it started happening more and more to the point where now its multiple times a day and im pretty freaked out. I mentioned it to a Doctor and he said its just my brain telling my body to breathe deeper but that just doesent sound right. My mom said she thinks its my bronicle tubes or whatever from when I had asthma as a infant. Im just freaking out cause I dont know and I got so much to deal with already :( I have constant heart anxiety and that doesent help that this 1 doctor told me in a EKG that it was all fluttery and I had a panic attack right after he said that then had another ekg done but they said that 1 was ok except my constant high heart rate which also worries me. Maybe its asthma in cold weather? I dunno but I just wanna know. Thanks.
